Ways to Pay: We accept American Express, Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit Card and Master Debit Card. No COD orders. Missing Items: Claims for missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. Back Orders: We reserve the option to hold the entire order until all products are available to ship or make a partial shipment. Olan promises not to hold any shipment for a long a period of time. Olan will pay for any additional freight charges incurred due to back orders.

Shipment and Ownership:
Olan Labs will ship your order within 1-2 business day via UPS. Ownership of the product and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Delays in Delivery:
Olan will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control such as failures on behalf of UPS, labor strikes or Acts of God.

Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products please return it for a full refund or credit within 30 days of receipt. Please allow one week for the credit to be applied to your credit card. You are responsible for the cost of returning product unless the return is due to an error caused by Olan Labs. Please call 1-800-645-1616 prior to returning any product.

Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be applied to residents of New York State only.
