is the only company in the world that will deal with your purchase from our store at any time after you buy your item’s from us. Yes, you read that correctly, we will help you as much as possible and at times replace your purchase altogether if needed. Here are the rules and guidelines, please read them carefully, they are simple but must be followed.
- If you need to return or exchange your order, please click on and read our return/store policy page located on every page of the web site directly at the top, as well as at the bottom of the web site.
- The lifetime warranty is provided by us, Quality Music Boxes only, not the manufacturer, the warranty is good only after the manufacturer’s warranty runs out, so this may be varied, some manufacturer’s have 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 1 to 2 years of warranty. Please contact us for the details and specific time frame how long each manufacturer has a warranty for.
- After the manufacturer’s warranty is expired, we are here for you, if you have any issues or experience any problems we will be more then happy to assist you, we are your friend and hints guide. If the box stops to work, we will try to help you get it going again, if you can’t get it to play or have any issues at all, then you can send it in and we will work on it and try to repair it on our own at no cost to you (except for shipping costs).
- Please note, this warranty obviously applies to the mechanics of the music box, if you drop the music box (and it is obvious that you did) and you broke a piece of it off, we can’t do anything about that. We will work on the mechanics though as much as we can. We are certified by each and every supplier we work with, and that is over 50 different suppliers. We will help you also if you need anything from the manufacturer themselves.
- If we can’t fix the item, we will offer you a replacement at an amazing discounted price, our price, the wholesale price, so we will never charge you a new price on an item that stopped working, we hope you know that. You are our priority and number one reason to do business for. We are here for YOU!!!
- Lastly, please note, we do not really fix electronic or battery operated music boxes, items like Mr. Christmas and any other such items have to be replaced within the timeframe allowed by the manufacturer’s warranty. It is not that we do not want to help you with these items, it is just that they are not really fixable. We work on the mechanical items only because we can fix them, those we can’t, or no one can, not much we can do about those.
