Do you ship internationally?
Discount RC Toys does NOT deliver products to international destinations. We ship within the continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.
Alaska & Hawaii: All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, unless upgraded to Federal Express, products are delivered via USPS priority mail.
We are temporarily shipping Internationally, if you don't see your country listed please contact sales@discountrctoys.com or call us (1-866-823-1190) so that we can add your country.
We are having some issues with the shipping calculations to Russian Federation, please email sales@discountrctoys for accurate rates.
Oversized for shipping?
Items which are indicated as “Oversized” for shipping on the web site:
Oversized fees range from $8.50 to $59.00 shipping, exact fees cannot be calculated at check-out, this will be determined as to the weight and the destination of the package.
Actually what this is saying is that you will be responsible for shipping charges over and above the normal rate if any.
Oversized packages cannot be shipped for Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Oversized packages cannot be combined with other packages; therefore, an additional charge for shipping will be incurred for additional items in your on your order.
How long does it generally take to process and ship orders?
It normally takes between 1 to 2 Business days not counting the day of the order to be processed and to ship the products.
How do I track orders?
Once the package has shipped you will automatically receive notification that your package has shipped.
You can log into your account where your tracking information is available to you.
How do I calculate general shipping charges?
1) Add items of interest to you shopping basket
2) Click on “View Cart”
3) Enter your zip code
4) Click on Calculate Shipping
5) The next screen will have a drop menu, please select your shipping preference and that’s it, you now have your shipping charges.

Ground service to residential addresses (Home Delivery) in some major metropolitan areas are available Monday through Saturday.
Backordered products!
A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock. If a product you have ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving notification you have the option to wait for the item or you may cancel your order.
The cancellation of any backordered must be made within three business days after notification of the product, failure to comply with the time lines will result in a 20% restocking fee.

Refused delivery:
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price less shipping and handling (both ways).
