Order Cancellation Policy:
Before completing your purchase, please confirm that you have selected the correct item(s), color(s), accessories, etc. Due to the high volume of orders we receive and the speed at which we process these orders, once an order is placed it is generally processed & shipped immediately therefore we have a NO cancellation policy after an order has been placed, although if you contact us immediately we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships.
Receiving your order:
Please visually check the shipping carton for any signs of damage that may have occured in transit.
If the carton has been damaged and you suspect that the product could have been damaged in transit please refuse the package (s).
If you have an issue with any of the products upon arrival please contact us immediately (Same Day if possible) customerservice@discountrctoys.com.
Any products that have been returned to Discountrctoys without return authorization will be immediately returned COD to the customer.
After you have been given a Return Authorization Number to please package the products to be returned into the original shipping carton (s)

Although all the manufacturers we work with have the highest quality of products and craftsmanship, occasionally a minor defect may pass through the manufacturer's quality control system. Do not be alarmed, our manufacturers stand behind their products 100%, and request that you contact them directly with any operational problems.

Check by mail orders will be shipped once we have received the check and have received notification from the bank that the check has cleared. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
Money Orders:
Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped once we have received the money order and have received notification from the bank that it has cleared without issues. You will be notified via email as soon as the order ships.
