Sales Taxes

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. All orders shipping within North Carolina will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 2 day satisfaction guarantee; beginning from the date merchandise was received by the customer.
We do not accept used products or any products that have been broken during use!


*By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following returns policies. Discountrctoys.com reserves the right to changes or additions to this policy without further notifications.

Returns Must Meet ALL Applicable Criteria

If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Return Department and returned back to you at your cost. Consequently, any credit/return request will be denied, replacement orders will not be made, and you will be charged for all shipping to and from our Warehouse that may be incurred by Discountrctoys.com. By requesting a return, you hereby agree to accept our shipment of the return back to you and to the payment of all shipping costs to and from our Returns Warehouse. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make any exceptions.

*Please note that we do not accept ANY USED merchandise as return. examples for used merchandise are, mounting/running fuel through a model, installing radio parts in a model, installing new parts in a model, installing software or discarding the packing material, etc.

*Please note that once passed the 2 days satisfaction guarantee period, we do not accept any returns/exchanges and the customer is responsible for the return shipping of all items no matter what the reason.

Basic Criteria

All returns must include the following:

1.     Original packaging (manufacturer's box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

2.     Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

3.     The return must be complete and include all accessories (adapter, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

4.     All Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

Standard Returns:

1.     Customer must contact Discountrctoys.com within 2 days from the date merchandise was received.

2.     All non-defective products returned will be a 20% restocking fee.

3.     There are no returns once the merchandise box is opened.

4.     Items returned must be in new conditions with the packing slips, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in original packaging.

5.     * Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

6.     * Returns shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damage Products:

* Damaged products returns include items that have been damaged during delivery. If a shipment arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery, if it was dropped off without your knowledge and you see signs of damage, don't open the package call the shipper and have them pickup the package and return to sender.

1.     Customer must report the damage products within 2 days from the date merchandise was received.

2.     Damage products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Discountrctoys.com.

3.     Once we received your damaged product and is verified to meet the basic criteria above, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability. Please allow 5-7 business (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process your returns request.

4.     Discountrctoys Returns Department may request customer provide photos to prove the extent of damage.

5.     Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

6.     * Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

7.     * Returns shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products:

* Defective products returns include items that are inoperable, but has no apparent damage. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in NEW and UNUSED condition. Once items are used (such as adding new parts/radios/fuels in the model), we will not be able to accept it back.

1.     Customer must report the defective products within 2 days from the date merchandise was received.

2.     Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the sole discretion of Discountrctoys.com.

3.     Defective Products must be in new Condition, not used and absolutely no Physical damaged to the product.

4.     Once we received your damaged product and is verified to meet the basic criteria above, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability. Please allow 5-7 business (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process your returns request.

5.    Discountrctoys.com in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below:

1.     Contact Discountrctoys.com Return Department (sales@Discountrctoys.com) within 2 days from the date merchandise was received.

2.     Our Returns Department will review your return request within 24hrs. Once your return information has met Discountrctoys.com Returns Policy criteria, we will send further instructions regarding how to finalize your return request via Email.

Limits of Responsibility

We are not responsible for any crash damage and/or loss of accessories during operation, because it is almost impossible to determine whether the crash was caused because equipment failure or operational error.

We are not responsible for any incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs.

We are not responsible for any transferred owner rights of the products. Our products are not intended for resale.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts.

We reserve the right to end promotion/sale without notice.

We reserve the right to change our product descriptions/images without notice.
