What states can you ship products from your site to?
DeLaVin is able to ship non-wine items (giftbaskets, gourmet food & chocolate, gift certificates and accessories) to all US states and some international destinations.
Unfortunately, there are many states which prohibit out-of-state retailers from shipping wine to residents of their state. Such state laws on alcohol shipping are complex and under constant review, and oh how we wish we could simply ship to all states equally. Until such time, you must make absolutely certain that you are familiar with your individual or the recipient’s states restrictions on shipping and that you abide by the maximum limit of wine which can be shipped under your states regulations. As well, the recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes within their state for and all shipments.
For orders containing wine, below is a list of states we ship to, as well as details on which states do not allow shipments of wine.
